The Region of Waterloo Public Health announced again today that KEI (Kuntz Electroplating Inc.) has received Waterloo Region’s Healthy Workplace Platinum Award.
This award recognizes and celebrates workplaces in Waterloo Region who demonstrate a strong commitment to improving the health of their employees. Our Region’s Public Health Department states, “workplaces that have comprehensive wellness programs find that their employees’ morale improves, energy increases, stress and injuries are reduced, and health is improved overall.”
On behalf of KEI and our Wellness Committee, HR representatives Stuti Malaiya and Katharine Lichty received this award at the Annual Waterloo Region’s Healthy Workplace Awards event held in Uptown Waterloo today lunch.
The company also won the Platinum Wellness Award in 2014 (its first year) and won Gold in both 2012 and 2013.
